- Any type of advertisement related to leasing (except authorized agencies of government companies with a license)

- Providing invoices and pre-invoices for obtaining a loan, removing the employer's insurance contribution and similar

- Advertisements related to green card

- Buying and selling of Hajj vouchers

- Buy and sell kidney

- Request to receive the amount for any title in the text of the ad

- Enter the account number in the text of the ad

- Advertisements suspected of being fraudulent.

Definition of customer or user

A customer or user is a person who registers an order or any use of Masbi services with his/her user information entered in the registration form.

Also, since Mesbi is an online retail website, according to the e-commerce law, a customer or consumer is any person who purchases goods or services for purposes other than business or professional occupation.

Rules and responsibilities related to the sale of cosmetic products

- The information on each cosmetic product on the Masbi website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice. Before using cosmetics, the buyer should obtain professional information and obtain advice from the relevant specialist. Also, the comments that users have posted on the website about the goods are the personal experience or information of the people and do not create any responsibility for them. Also, Masbi is not responsible for the correctness of the information provided on the product packaging, and the responsibility lies with the company that produces the product.

- In case of lack of knowledge, information and inability of the customer to use cosmetics and health products or cause damage to himself or the product, all the responsibilities are the responsibility of the customer and Masbi store will not have any obligation in this regard.

- If the supplier or manufacturer confirms that the returned product is defective, Masbi will simply return the cost of the product or service according to the invoice (up to one month from the date of the invoice) to the customer.

- Masbi is not responsible for physical complications and diseases caused by the use of cosmetics and health products (such as skin allergies, injuries, etc.). The necessary follow-up should be done by the customer and through the relevant companies (representatives and official suppliers of goods).

Registering, processing and sending orders

- Working day means Monday to Saturday of every week, excluding public holidays, and all orders placed during working days and the first day after the holiday are processed. Masbi allows its customers to place orders 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

- All orders registered on the Mosby site are placed in the processing queue by sending the order code via email. Masbi always takes utmost care and effort in sending and delivering all registered orders. In spite of this, if the stock of a product in Masbi ends, even after the customer places an order, Masbi reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the order amount, or the customer can replace the finished product, Substitute another product.

- In the event of a problem in the final processing of the shopping cart, such as running out of stock or customer cancellation, the amount paid will be credited to the customer's account within 24 to 48 working hours.

- Masbi is allowed to stop its operations and sales without prior notice regarding the suspension of new orders, and all orders registered before the suspension of orders will be processed and sent. Masbi reserves the right to stop selling all or part of the products for any reason, such as running out of stock, without prior notice.

- In case of any error regarding the price and value of the goods available on Masbi's website, Masbi reserves the right to cancel the order and purchase made by the customer. Masbi will deposit and return the received funds to the account declared by the customer as soon as possible, and the customer, by entering the Masbi site, accepts that he is aware of this and will not have any claims in this regard.

- Users must complete the order form with correct and complete information when ordering the desired product. Obviously, if incomplete or incorrect information is entered, the user's order cannot be tracked and delivered. Therefore, the inclusion of addresses, e-mails and mobile and fixed contact numbers by the customer means that their authenticity has been confirmed. And if these items are not entered correctly or completely, Masbi can request additional and more information from the customer to ensure the accuracy and certainty of the order registration. Also, customers can enter the name, address and phone number of another person to pick up the order, and if the order amount is prepaid, the recipient of the order must have an identification card with him when he receives the goods.

- Due to the system registration of the order, it is not possible to issue a new invoice or change its specifications. Therefore, it is necessary for customers to be careful about this issue when placing an order.

- Order delivery is not possible in public places such as cafes, internet cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc., and the delivery address must be accurate and reliable.

Damage during shipping

Masbi sellers always do their best to ensure that all orders reach the customers without any damage. Due to the safe and standard packaging of all consignments, the occurrence of any accident during transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company, and Masbi will compensate the damage only if the shipping company approves the order and in order to facilitate follow-up.

Shipping damage must be reported to Masbi within 24 business hours of order delivery. And the damaged product should be sent to Masbi along with the official meeting minutes of the shipping company and all accessories and invoices.
